end of an era :(

Elvis' pre school days are over.  In what seems to be a common occurance at the moment, tears filled my eyes as we bid farewell to all his lovely little friends.  The group is being scattered around the local schools but the beauty of being local, we will all (hopefully) see each other at the local outlets.  Primary school here we come.

Ariel will taking up the gauntlet, so the pre school haven't gotten rid of me just yet...

So today all our committments come to an end for the year.  Tomorrow I think I'll sleep in!  Maybe even think about/jot some notes about the business ventures I have whirling around my head. 

Ever since the Girl on Earl started, it's been a tad chaotic, I've haven't had the time to really nut out the best direction, so I'm excited about the Christmas break, to get it straight in my head.  The Girl is dynamic and more than just a nail stylist, so I need to slow down all the ideas and focus.....Focus!!!!

I branded my work apron the other day...what do you think?  Not a bad free hand attempt with the fabric paint, if I do say so myself !?

I think I need to clean the mirror?

Oh, also I finally finished my pom pom wreath....I love it.  I have put the pom pom's all so close together when you run your hand over it, it feels like carpet.  The lights were an after thought but I love it.  They are battery operated, so perfect! 

The colours are totally not Christmas colours but I took the kids with me to get the wool (as it started as a family project) so I was at their mercy...not too bad?

Well I've got a crochet cushion cover I'm now ready to get back to...but more of that next time.
