where's my head at...

yikes, I have been so engrossed in all things Girl on Earl I'm finding little time to actually blog about it.  All my time is spent researching, planning, talking to people, all the while wrangling my kids, school, husband, social committee, rain rain rain, the household, our renovations AARRHHHH, whilst living with my mum-in-law...[sigh]

I'm so surprised I haven't had a massive brain snap...but I've learnt something about myself over the last year or so and that is that I have the patience of a saint...when I listen to other girls talk about their lives I realise just how understanding I can be.

Focusing on what is important is my driving force...

Now tomorrow I am going to the Fabric Cave with Astrid and I can't wait:)  Elvis has been asking me to make him a cape (think Anakin Skywalker - Star Wars) for weeks...possibly months if I'm honest so permission has been sort to set up my machines here at Grandy's and I can't wait.  Aside from Elvis' cape I'm feeling the urge to do some sewing...just what I need...another project...I AM mad!!! :}

On other Girl matters, I'm meeting with the web designer next Thursday, taking with the graphic designer/writer tomorrow so my website is fast becoming a reality...yay!!!!
