3 funerals and a fundraiser

The last 10 days have bee filled with saddness and emotion topped up with some nervous excitement.

I have literally been to 3 funerals all the while trying to keep my head focused on organising the preschool fundraiser.

I have stretched myself physically and emotially during these last 10 days and I sit her this afternoon and actually feel proud of myself that I haven't gone completely troppo.

A lovely friend said to me yesterday at Uncle Greg's funeral..."it's important to be nice to people because you just never know what they are going through..." and that really resinated with me.

There have been times that I have just wanted to cry but the lovely people around me have lifted my mood just by being "nice"!  The power of kindness:)

So with only 2 weeks until the preschool fundraiser, I'm really pleased to report that we are getting through the list of things to do and whilst the pressure is on, all the girls are working well, working to a deadline really does force you to get the job done;)

All things Girl on Earl have had to undergo some major changes but its those changes that make you stronger and perhaps free you to take your business in more creative direction.
